A lovely guy named Jack had helped me out in this location. He helped me around the store and get the things I needed. I highly recommend going to see this guy, he’s amazing and even checked me out on the register after!

I've shopped here a few times since coming to Ithaca from Florida. It has been satisfying to be able to purchase items I've needed to acclimate to the cooler climate that contain a good amount of cotton, my preferred comfy fabric. I've been able to find what I need a Kohl's more readily than the other stores in the area. Since I don't like to shop, I really am happy at my success at Kohl's. The associates have been very helpful, the sales prices have been great, and the cashiers are always helpful and cheerful.

I walked into this Kohls location and realized just how small it is compared to Vestal & Horseheads location. The selection of items available from clothing to home decor is scarce. (See Pictures) There is so much room between racks and displays, it appears to be a mini dancefloor. In the men's section, there were up to three pairs of pants on a rack with limited sizes available. The shoe selection was disappointing as was the men's UnderArmor selection. I believe I own more UnderArmor then this entire store had for sale in Men's . (See Pictures) As a Kohl's Charge Card holder, I frequent Vestal and Horseheads more often as I live close to Vestal. I will continue to shop at those locations that have a better variety and layout.

It's Kohl's I always run here to find last minute minute gifts. Things on sale. Just don't expect anyone to ask to if you need help because that's not going to happen and if you're like me, you don't want help anyway.
